That guy has never developed a qb. Ever. You cant name one. Cam was already Cam.
You can go all the way back to Arkansas days. Had one of the top QBs out of HS Mitch Mustain. He ruined that kid.

Yep. My sources told me that Moorhead decided he didn't have enough room to sign him so he recommended Arkansas. He knew that would be the best place for him to be and it wouldn't improve them enough to make our game against them stiff competition.

So if you cant even use Nick Marshall, then pretty much no coach has ever developed a QB unless they were the players first coach ever while he played QB. The argument is pretty ridiculous

There’s a reason no one wanted NM as a QB in college or in the pros. Gus has a terrible track record with QBs, but what he did with Marshall is impressive. Against WSU he couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn. 2014 he was throwing dimes with occasional bad throws.

Gus didn't really do anything with Nick Marshall. He did whatever he wanted on the field, same with Cam.

I do not understand all the hype about this guy. He's a great athlete but not a great QB. There's a reason he got benched. The consensus early in the season was that Clemson was going to drop a game because they looked pretty pedestrian with Bryant under center, and yet multiple schools are looking to this guy as a potential program changer. Why? Is young QB talent in the SEC really that bad?
