Clemson really really wants it.

But I will say that since they won the NC, they got the attention they always felt they deserved, so the want has waned slightly. It was much worse 1.5 years ago.

Clemson by far. They haven't slept well at night ever since we let Carolina in the SEC and looked them over and laughed

Oklahoma is pretty bad. Stoops always felt the need to take shots against the SEC, and now Lincoln thinks he can take similar shots. He probably should learn to beat an SEC team first.

Living in Oklahoma, it’s definitely the Sooners.

Unlike Highlander, there can be more than 1 in this instance

I am gonna go Bucknuts at the top because they go back so far. Lot of the ACC did not get froggy till they went to 12 teams as most of their history they were clearly the red headed stepchild. I mean who cared about ACC football before Miami and Free Shoes joined?

Clemson
Oklahoma
Florida State

Those are probably the biggest contenders in order, just because of geography.

The Big Ten teams don't exactly envy the SEC, their hate doesn't really stem from a place of envy, they are too far away from SEC country to want to be an SEC program.

I feel like people are sleeping on Tiger High. Memphis is undoubtedly an SEC city, in the heart of SEC country, and the city’s school counts its biggest football achievements as beating the Manning brothers and beating 2015 Ole Miss. Now that Memphis is a halfway decent G5 program, there’s a lot of really underrated regional envy, to the point that plenty of fans and local media think Norvell didn’t go to the SEC because he has a “better situation” in the Liberty Bowl

But lol it’s Clempson or the Sooners
