They have a 1st year coach. For all we know theycould come out and lose 6 or 7 games. This is ridiculous

Well, whatever record they have, it’ll probably be better than Arkansas

They had a good season and most of their starters are coming back, including one of the better QBs in the league.

Doesn't make sense to me. Same team as last year who won one as an underdog and lost one as a favorite. Those two games kind of cancel each other out due to LSU being overrated and Fitz getting hurt against OM. My guess is that consistency will continue even with more experience because you have a new head coach in an unfamiliar and gauntlet of a division. Two for sure losses in Bama and LSU. Would be an underdog against Auburn today and single digit faves against K ST, OM, A&M, and FL. They'll drop two or three in those 5. 7 or 8 wins seems likely.

I don’t get the hype either or the USCe hype . I wish these people would bet on their teams to get the rest of us some better odds.

It is part of the grand plan to make hog fans even more insecure.

They were good last year, and return like 19 starters. They also added several JUCOs that Mullen redshirted.

It's estimated that they will have 8 to 10 players Drafted.

They return a top 10 defense and added a lot of depth...

JOMO is a proven OC. He's not an unknown.

It’s not from us. It’s coming from the “so-called” experts. The real question for you should be “why is no one talking about Arkansas?”.

A veteran QB returns with good OL/DL play. It's usually a recipe for over-achievement.

Didn’t they have a 7-10 point lead agaisnt a Jalen Hurts led Alabama team and still blew it?

That was there chance to make some noise.

People like to point to the LSU game last year for them. They also played Bama down to the wire when it was clear Hurts was on a collision course with riding the bench. So they had some nice bright spots to build on.

But let's not forget what happened when they played the two teams that met in Atlanta. UGA blew them out 31-3. Auburn has beat them by a combined 63 over the past 2 years.

They are trending in the right direction but are a very long way away from being considered a threat to the top teams. And have an unknown with the new coach. So I'm just as confused about the confidence in them.
