That's part of his gimmick. Anything bad that happened to UGA is/was entirely luck. Anything good that happens is 0% luck. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

I was at that SECCG. That was total domination. Poor Pollack looked like he was stuck in mud and their QB got his arse blown up all day long.

Lucky enough to beat UGA's arse twice.
Totally irrelevant. Not only did You get a mnc shot with a loss to a 5 loss team, you didn’t even have to face the #1 team. It was a double dose of luck.

Well, if the West was as bad in 2011 or 2017 as it was in 2007 when a two loss team won it then it wouldn’t be an issue. Bama has made it in 2011 and 2017 with better teams, better quality wins, and fewer loses than the 2007 LSU team. But congrats on winning the west that year too

In regards to that 2007 national championship team, most members in the media tend to talk about the season itself as no one team really emerged as a dominant force. LSU and Ohio State were chosen to play in the title game simply because they were the last men standing in the aftermath of the carnage.
It was amazing

Okay, I'm bored so I'll jump in the swamp:
What exactly do Alabama's fans have to be insecure about? The program is the greatest football program in history in the midst of an unprecedented run of greatness. The national media can't stop talking about the program or its coach. Five star athletes are beating a path to Tuscaloosa from all over the country.
Now let's look at your program and its fans. Objectively, LSU is just another program. Good, nothing special. Y'all have had to create mystique and aura to try to appear more special than you actually are. Earthquake game? Never happened. "Saturday night in Tiger Stadium", as if that's a thing.
You can't go a week on the Swamp Rant or Recruiting Board without some mouth breather posting a conspiracy theory about how Nick is manipulating recruits or recruiting tactics for the sole purpose of destroying the LSU program. The only thing greater than the inflated sense of yourselves - I mean, really? Nick is wasting any thought or effort on a 3rd place West Division team? - is the massive insecure paranoia. "That could be us if Nick/SEC/ESPN wasn't screwing us over!"
You want an instant dose of rage-induced insecurity? Walk up to an LSU fan and repeat after me, "I think Southern Cal was the real champion in 2003."

My response would be that I'm proud to live in a country where everyone has the right to vocalize their stupidity.
Also, I would say "bless your heart".
