Alabama class of '62, Alabama law class of '65.
My favorite memories are of him teaching me and my siblings about Bama football, taking us to games, meeting the Bear with him.
The funniest would have to be the time we got hosed at Penn St, when Gothard was called OOB, he was into the budweisers and tried to call Howard Cosell for some reason. I don't think he ever got Howard on the line but he talked to a lot of other people.

Glad he got to see Tua Time!

He toughed it out the last few years, here's to all the dad's that raised us the right way, Roll damn Tide!

My condolences for your loss. I lost my grandmother last Tuesday. She did a lot with the Alabama Law School

I'm so sorry about your loss. At least, he lived to see Bama's dynasty and all the championships Bama has won.

My Daddy passed in 2008. He was a Bama fan and would have loved to see the last few years.

But God has a plan for us all. Just remember the good times.
