Since when is a crawfish or any other crustacean a bug? You're such a dumbass.
Have you ever even tried crawfish? Theyre pretty fricking awesome. Louisiana has the best most refined and unique culture in the usa, much less the sec...and that includes food.
Texas is becoming more and more like Mexico everyday.

Texas seafood doesn't even compare to seafood in louisiana. We have the best seafood in the nation hands down.

Maybe, but I don't see it. They don't cook theirs the same way. Probably bland as hell and I know that they aren't as creative with flavors and dishes like people here are. You just can't beat louisiana cuisine man. That's not just me talking and giving my personal opinion, that's pretty much a well known conclusion.

We have 3x more cows in Texas than Alabama does people. We do steak, like most things, better than everyone else.

For beef, Texas style BBQ is great.
