Just playin, the Gus Bus is always able to make room for the prodigal fans

My bar for Gus this year was to win the Georgia game.

I don't think the fans were wrong about Gus. I think Gus has changed and I would bet that the heat he took from everyone helped. Post LSU Gus > Pre LSU Gus. And because of this, I am a supporter again as well.

This dude has started some really shitty threads this year

That time he tried to be funny about Lanier not melting

That time claimed had insider info

I too will gladly eat some crow for my opinion of Gus. It seems like he has turned a corner mentally in his preparation and execution during big games.

I always preferred Gus to right the ship & everyone ends up living happily ever after, especially in light of the offseason coaching shite-show we're witnessing. However, if he had laid another egg against UGA and/or Bama, I would've been convinced he'd plateaued as a HC at Auburn.

But IMO he seemingly had a "come to Jesus" moment after LSU, and we've been witnessing the results since then. Whatever happened, I hope he doesn't forget it...

Gus still needs to prove he can win a meaningful bowl game
