Nutt's lawsuit found phone calls from Freeze to escort service in Detroit on Ole Miss phone presumably for recruits but it looks like Freeze will fall on the sword alone.

Nutt requested Freeze phone records of a certain 6 day period. In that 6 days they found 1 call of Freeze to an escort service. Freeze said it was a misdial. They were buying that then they went digging more and found a "pattern." They didn't want to go into more details about the "pattern". Told Freeze either resign or be fired. Freeze resigned. He is getting no buyout money.
