SEC incoming players bolded, SEC outgoing players italicized...

1) Will Grier, West Virginia via Florida
2) Jarrett Stidham, Auburn via Baylor
3) Kyle Allen, Houston via Texas A&M
4) Max Browne, Pitt via Southern Cal
5) Blake Barnett, Arizona State via Alabama
6) Thomas Sirk, East Carolina via Duke
7) Shane Morris, Central Michigan via Michigan
8) Brandon Harris, North Carolina via LSU
9) Malik Zaire, Florida via Notre Dame
10) Damien Williams, Texas State via Mississippi State
11) Anu Solomon, Baylor via Arizona
12) Peyton Bender, Kansas via Washington State
13) De'Andre Johnson, Florida-Atlanta via Florida State
14) David Cornwell, Nevada via Alabama
15) Jake Luton, Oregon State via Idaho
16) Jonathan Banks, Tulane via Kansas State
17) David Pindell, Uconn via South Carolina State
18) Kyler Murray, Oklahoma via Texas A&M
19) Dwayne Lawson, Illinois via Virginia Tech
20) Jorge Renya, Fresno State via West Los Angelos College
21) Chris Laviano, San Jose State via Rutgers
22) Torrance Gibson, Cincy via Ohio State

2. Jarrett Stidham, Auburn: Another short-burning 2015 star, Stidham transferred from Baylor following the school’s firing of Art Briles. Now, the former five-star recruit is expected to take the helm of the Tigers offense; he will compete with last year’s starter, Sean White, in fall camp. Stidham, who completed 68.8 percent and had a 6-to-1 touchdown to interception ratio as a freshman at Baylor, should instantly transform Auburn’s offense. He’s Gus Malzahn’s best quarterback prospect since Cam Newton.

9. Malik Zaire, Florida: Zaire is the hardest player to slot on this list for a number of reasons. First, he’ll be forced to compete for the job with highly-touted redshirt freshman Feleipe Franks, aka the future. Second, it’s a bit of a mystery as to just what Zaire has left. He wowed in flashes at Notre Dame – particularly in 2015 before an injury ended his season in Week 2 – but couldn’t regain his starting job from DeShone Kizer a year ago. Headed to Florida, it remains to be seen if Zaire is an answer to Florida’s QB woes or just another guy in the post-Tim Tebow era.

The SEC was well represented on the list. Many going out, a few coming in.

Kyler Murrey going to Oklahoma would haft to be my favorite just going off of a teams ability to enhance his opportunity . Not this year though cause of Baker mayfield.

Brandon Harris is way, way too high on the list, IMO.

He shouldn't be over guys like Malik Zaire, Torrance Gibson and Kyler Murray.

I think he gets a small boost over some guys because of playing time and experience, but that shouldn't matter when you played horrendously.

I would drop Kyle Allen several spots down the list as well. My first thought when I clicked this thread was that I think Barnett is better than Allen.

When asked what his jersey number would be, Kyle Allen picked 6.

Brandon Harris ahead of malik Zaire is fricking retarded. Zaire is a much better qb.

Yeah no reason for Harris to be ahead of Zaire.

But I actually think Harris is a good prospect in terms of talent. He has an NFL caliber arm and is reasonably mobile. He just wasn't very accurate, seemed to lack situational awareness, and overall didn't appear to have a good grasp of the playbook. I think a lot of it comes down to coaching as Miles and Cameron were clowns. But from a talent point of view, he's not a bad get if you can correct or mitigate his deficiencies, like any good coach should, for a college QB with the level of physical talent he possesses. So I think from that standpoint he should get a decent spot on a list like that.

But we will see how he does in a new system at UNC. I'm curious to see how he performs there, and I'm kind of pulling for him.

Grier could have been a great one at UF and would have been better than the QBs last year but UF is a better team now without him.

You have to win your position at a top 10 program.

Yeah, I don't get oldsarges point right there. Stidham is going to be a good fit at auburn. If anyone should be laughed at it should be tamu for the exodus at the qb position recently.
