Hopefully this makes up for the 1941 season for State where the bulldogs won the SEC in football but due to the war and stuff, they were unable to participate in the bowl postseason.

Another huge win was Miss State's men's team knocking off #1 seed UCONN on their way to the 1996 Final Four.

The most shocking thing is our coach benching the starters for the first two Ncaa tourney games after the Sec championship game because they were not doing what he wanted. Yes they played but did not start either. He wanted to send a message because he likes tough court defense. That took some balls but it got the message across.

My favorite "saw in person" victory is still the 96 SEC MBB champ game.
Has Bullard not shown up stoned for the Syracuse Final 4 match up that natty would be ours.
