re: Christmas wish list

My grandparents house IN LOUISIANA had a fireplace/chimney.
The perceptions many of you people have of life in Louisiana are ignorant.
When I lived in Salt Lake in the late 90’s I had a coworker who legit thought we all take “canoes” or airboats everywhere we went - like we live in Venice or something

I can’t believe how a school like UF and all of its resources can’t seem to get the football program together. The Gator fans I know would trade basketball success for football success in a heartbeat.
I pretty much grew up in central Florida and I loathe everything UF (FU) - however, from an objective standpoint - UF football should be a consistent Top 10-15 team.
But - hopefully FU leadership will continue to fail miserably for years to come.
You Gator fans at Edgewater High in Orlando from 1986-89 - “FU” all!!! (In good fun of course)

While we are pressure washing - either pressure wash or paint the freaking concrete walls lining I-10 and I-12
They are an eyesore
They are an eyesore
2029 is a challenging deadline -- Maybe they could shoot for having it done when the I-10 widening project is finally completed through BR in 2075

You are failing at your job.
All the nice red and green Christmas lighting on the state capitol and other buildings downtown is overshadowed by the huge bridge with half the lights out.
C’mon - at least try and make the grand entrance into BR from the west look like we are attempting to give a shite about our towns appearance.
If they are not going to be maintained, just turn them all off.
Hopefully they are already working on fixing/replacing them???

If those players are being paid - they should be playing.

If this country actually had balls, every person involved in illegally counted votes should be in prison - including the governor.

Your post is only funny to people who know nothing about college football/are dumb as a rock.
I bet you laughed at your own post

re: OK Tiger fans, who's pulling for Tulane or Ole Miss?

Its funny listening to announcers pretending like Ole Miss beating Tulane without Kiffin is some major accomplishment. It's a rent-a-win game in the playoffs.

I'm pretty sure Ole Miss has had laser shows on the field.
I seem to remember Florida having lasers involved (although not as advanced as today) back in the early 90's (but that may have been at the huge pep rally's they had back then)

I'm diehard LSU - I was pulling for Alabama
Try ancient history when armies would kill every living soul in a city and then reduce the entire city to rubble.

Besides the beep when you scan your items - there is a big screen above the scanner that lists the items and their prices as you scan them.
So, there are multiple ways to easily see that an item didn’t scan properly. They knew.
I worked in retail loss prevention 25 years ago - people will steal anything - even napkins and air fresheners.

Very tough schedule next year. 2027 appears to have the potential to be a special year.
Coming off a decade of Curly Hallman and Dinardo along with the fact that Saban wasn't established as the best of all time - I remember a lot of cautious optimism. It turned into disappointment for a week when LSU lost to UAB but then Tennessee came to town after Lee Corso bashed Tiger Stadium and we all know what happened then... :geauxtigers:

Odds that Rece and ESPN (other than Saban) finds a way to bash Kiffin for canceling on them? "He left us before he even got here..." :wah: :wah:
