Bama cheats like a motherfricker, even Bama fans know that. The state is a cesspool of crooked business interests tied to the Crimson Tide. It's been that way since Coach Bryant was there and it will be that way until somebody sticks their neck out. But like Logan Young found out, cross them at your own risk. Dye taught Auburn how to play the game, too, but it is unsustainable in a state that is so heavily Pro Alabama. That Auburn competes at the level that we do is frankly astounding.

Sometimes I wonder if they are really LSU fans. I know that people I associate with do not think the way this guy thinks. They know that Bama will always trot a good product on the field. If this guy is really an LSU fan then he is pathetic.

And I agree with you that it is amazing that Auburn is even competitive with the deck stacked so heavily.

Auburn has been on probation in football about 9 times including the NC year in the 1950s. They found a way around their inferior status, little farmer-brown, poor dirt digging, little brother reality by the simple expedient of the Cam Newton gambit....pay a known thief and low life to play for dough.
But the real problem here is at LSU.. I do know LSU fans that think like the butt-hurt conspiracy- theory spouting, apoplectic red-face fans on this site. I real life they are very successful and happy, fun to be around. Mention LSU football and they metastasize. It is a sad life that shows no sign of easing.

If you think Saban built that program without "cheating" his arse off, I hope you enjoyed your first season of college football.
Most schools haven't figured out how to do it so much and not get caught.
Think of that race you lost as a kid...it was neck and neck until the last second when your opponent pulled ahead of you and won. Maybe you personally didn't lose a race like that, but Nick Saban did, cuz he's short as fck and lost every foot race he was ever in. It taught him a valuable lesson though.
If you get a big of enough head start, you can beat anyone. And that's what he did at bama. They wrote the book on modern day cheating in college football almost a decade ago. Good luck catching them today.
