Suspended for something that happened in the lead up to the michigan state game, most likely drugs. He will get to play in other 11 games this season, though.

If it was drugs and stolen guns he wouldn't miss a game...........

Sounds like it. If the original one was for 6 games, that would be half the regular season which exactly matches the NCAA punishment for a positive test for street drugs.
Wonder if the fact that he supposedly served a track suspension earlier this year helped get it reduced for football?

He must've killed somebody. If it wasn't drugs, DUI, or a weapons charge...he got 4 games, then he must've done something pretty atrocious.

I thought he competed in track this year. Are there separate drug rules for different sports in the NCAA? You would think if he was suspended from football for drugs he would also be suspended from track.

Sounds about right.
If it were LSU, he'd have to fail six more tests before it even went to the team to vote.
I wonder if he regrets not following his sister so he'd be free from consequences.

I haven't talked to one LSU fan who is upset about Tony Brown.

Pretty messed up how grown men salavate every time this kid gets in trouble. Who knows what he's going through. Kid was all LSU until he and his father were made an offer they couldn't refuse. Nothing personal, just business.
Seeing a talented kid with worlds of potential mess up is a terrible thing to me.
