Tunsil Being Sued by Stepfather Again

The lawsuit alleges these two things were an “intentional infliction of emotional distress.”

Luke and Miller were requested because they took Tunsil to the sheriff’s office last June and “may have independent knowledge of the facts of this matter.”

Judge already threw the following items out of the lawsuit.
1. Mississippi State would be allowed to beat Ole Miss in football
2. Freeze would be required to convert to Scientology
3. The University of Mississippi would be evicted from MSU fans heads

The mother would have just as strong a reason, if not stronger, not to bear witness against her own child vs. her current husband. So many conflicts of interest.

I guess there is no way the stepfather was giving Tunsil sound advice, and the true leeches are the agents.
The fact that the Ole Miss coaches implied Tunsil beat up his stepdad to protect his mother, rather than so he could clown around with agent money, cars and hoes just can't be the reason Tunsil went mad dog.
Stepdad should probably sue the agents though.

Was it ever proven that Miller assaulted Tunsil's mother?
If he did, then pin a medal on Tunsil.
But if he didn't, that's defamation of character and he should sue the living shite out of Tunsil, Freeze, Luke and John Miller.

And there's no way Tunsil's story is true? Both stories make them out to be perfect angels, which we all know isn't true on either side.
Tunsil and his lawyers will have their answer soon enough. Although, that shite about having Freeze and Matt Luke deposed is laughable.

And for crying out loud, -WHY- do this just before the draft, where it may lower your stepson's draft status and thus lead to a loss of money? (I don't think this will actually affect Tunsil's draft status, but why take a chance?)
