In all seriousness, they probably don't have to cheat anymore. It recruits itself.
Most likely the only reason they would need to is to offset the cheating others are doing to scoop some of their recruits.

Something that nobody ever mentions is that every player qualifies for a Pell Grant I think? Since they are not allowed to work they can all get it. Last time I checked that is around $5,500 free money a year that they can use on anything they want. Not to mention there is no telling how many of them will get a student loan to use as spending money. Pell Grant money is legal and more than enough to make payments on a charger and have cash left over for rims!
