This isn't comparing records and success. This is overall attitude, how energetic they are, and off the field emotions.
1) Arky Head Coach Bret Bielema. This guy makes me laugh. He has a lot of character and it shows. You see him at Arkansas and he just fits. Plus he infuriates Texas. Number fricking one.
2) South Carolina Coach Steve Spurrier. Also a perfect fit for the school he's at, OBC consistently reminds us why everyone loves/hates him. He will have an imprinted legacy among SEC coaches.
3) LSU coach Les Miles. He's goofy, he's a good father figure, and he's devoted to his team. Though boneheaded at times, he knows how to give players a home in BR. I hope he has a while before he leaves.
4) Auburn Head Coach Gus Malzhan. The guy is a good coach. To take a team from worst to first in one year is incredible, and I have zero doubts that he quickly earned the respect of that team. I always picture him on the sideline yelling "Boom!". Quality guy and coach.
4) UGA head coach Mark Richt. Though way less exciting, he strikes me as a great man and coach. Players love him, and he knows how to sustain high recruiting. If I had to pick a guy kick back with, he would be high on the list.
You all probably have different opinions, so let's hear them

Lane Kiffins premature ejaculation annoys me. It backfired against Ohio state and was hilarious

Berts personality is one of a caveman. Dumb, fat and slow.

You say records and success don't matter, but then that's the first thing you mention for Malzahn. He is a good coach, but I wouldn't add him to any list of great personalities.

I'm probably the only Ole Miss fan that actually likes Mullen as a coach. I think he's a funny guy.

Only way Bert is #1 for me is if his wife and alcohol are involved.
Love to golf or play poker with SOS. Love his smart arse sarcasm.
Road trip in an RV with Less. You know he's batshat crazy.
Bible study with Richt.
Gus can KMA.
