Braswell's Vidalia Onion and Summer Tomato.

Otherwise just shaking up some oil, vinegar, and garlic works.

Usually just eat salad straight up, no dressing. Might grab ranch once in a blue moon if wifey has some in the fridge, but otherwise I leave it alone.

Wifey favors light balsamic vinaigrette Or garlic/olive oil.

my absolute favorite is Ranch, but with a giant caveat.. It must be fresh and homemade. None of that bottle crap as I've not found one in a bottle that's worth a damn.

I REALLY like that ginger dressing you get at a hibachi joint. If I could get that on a more consistent basis it may supplant Ranch.

Ranch (homemade), blue cheese, caesar, balsamic vinegarette.

I also like my own version of 1000 island that is simply ketchup, mayo, and a splash of pickle juice (I assume white vinegar will work too).

The only salad dressings I seem to enjoy are vinaigrettes.
