All of that, yet still, 17-0.

Paul Mainieri infrequently loses to Dave van Horn, that doesn't make Dave van Horn a better coach than he is, though. Food for thought.

Only Alabama can play for National Championships without winning the conference.

Let's see.. Would I rather have the coach with multiple SEC championships and a national championship or the one that is 2-14 in SEC play..?

Lol..

Also, Les Miles was the first call Arkansas made to fill their coaching vacancy, and Les Miles beat their best coach ever and their best team since Alabama won the national title (and they finished in the top 5 or whatever) by 24 points.

No, because Bert wouldn't last more than a year in Baton Rouge after having a heart attack from massive amounts of Louisiana food consumption, and then we'd be looking for another coach.

I may have been wrong. I think Arky is going to win the prize

ahhh yes. Another off-season of Arkansas fans trying to make themselves relevant. Sad thing for Arky fans is that LSU lost to them, finished 8-5 (worst record since 2008), and still will be ranked ahead of them next pre-season.

It's amazing how much "Hope" a quality ending to a mediocre season following a horrible season can get you.

I don't get all the praise some are giving Bert. He is 10-15 in his first 2 years in the SEC.

All the hate given to Butch Jones and he is 12-13 in his first 2 years. Tennessee's roster was decimated when Butch took over. Arkansas's wasn't great either. Both teams were 7-6 last year.

2014 toughest schedules - #1-Arkansas and #2 was Tennessee.

How is Bert so much better than Butch?
