Are people so fricking stupid, that they need artificial dyes to make their food taste better? Is that how far our American society has come, that we need brightly colored Fruit Loops to make eating them more enjoyable and want to buy more?

I’m in food manufacturing, and with a different company years ago we sold a major baked cherry item. Said item contained red dye to make the filling more vibrantly red. We developed a replacement item with only cherries and beet derived color (since cherries brown somewhat when cooked) and sent it to consumer testing.

The product failed because it wasn’t electric red enough. It takes time to change consumer perception.

What are the benefits of dragging this out to a 70 minute affair

Total work capacity increase benefits.

Overall greater calorie burn for those cutting.

More time in your happy place.
My whole family has a set of yard shoes and socks in the garage treated with permethrin. That’s a great protection, and few ticks will make it past the sock.

I keep a border between the yard and woods. Treat yard twice per year when the bees are low (after clover bloom).

Dogs take Bravetco.

I’ve stained many decks and never used multiple coats. In my opinion it just gets gummy, the wood only soaks what it will soak.

Disclaimer: I’m a brush and pad strainer, never used a sprayer.
You should really try to wait for storm season to be over before starting. See if your contractor can wait until early June.
It’s a good way to add nitrogen, so if that’s the nutrient needed a good solution.

But, it does stink for a few days. And cats and dogs will ruin your garden (probably not an issue in hanging baskets).

Voltaren is a good suggestion, but you’d really benefit from some Knees Over Toes Guy stuff.

Backwards walking up a slight hill would probably make a big difference for you.

Best of this thread.

Somewhere around 2017 I found a podcast with one of the original creatine researchers.

Game changer for me was to make as a HOT beverage. Blends the creatine and no more disaster pants.

Mug: Creatine and 4oz hot water. Microwave for 45 sec.

Add something with flavor.

Slam.
As soon as she uttered “On paper…” I knew exactly her type.

Got almost through one tube and broke out like crazy (had been applying to chest, lats, and thighs).

Little bumps took about 5wks to go away.

Want to try the second tube, but I’ll wait till after my next beach vacation
So much of what is made in China is made at a coman factory that produces tons of stuff for tons of companies. It’s not an “owned” factory by the label brand.

So, building a factory domestically comes with an incredible investment and challenging capital.

In my experience, these highly automated machines come from Europe with European engineers.
I’ve been aligned to US manufacturing for 17yrs and visited plants all over America. Generally, you can’t reliably staff a plant at any salary. These people can’t pass drug tests, show up at work drunk, and hop from plant to plant capitalizing on sign on bonuses. It’s a societal problem in America that needs to be solved.

Also, any new manufacturing is going to be highly automated. That adds far less jobs, but the jobs are generally pretty technical and far better paying.

The water table is obviously maxed (thus the flooding)

Not how it works. It’s been super dry and tons of water just ran downhill.
Agricultural products that can’t be made in USA, even if ultimately packed in USA. Cashews are a good example, most of the world’s supply goes through Vietnam.

YCT-529 prevents pregnancy by inhibiting sperm production.

Wonder what other biological processes it inhibits as well. Seems unlikely the effect would be limited to sperm alone.

Well he was pretty tight with the gay yacht guy in the last season in his younger days.
A bit. I have 3 US manufacturing plants but we do buy a few components from Canada. These components are only available from Canadian suppliers, so I’ll likely be out of business on those SPECIFIC items for the foreseeable future.

It’ll be at least 18 months before a domestic supplier can figure out how to reproduce, in the end not a huge deal to me but the consumer loses.
