Let's say you had Les Miles as your head coach, would you give him up to have Bielema as your head coach?

I don't think anyone would make this trade. Les has a national championship and multiple SEC championships.

To coach games, yes. However, I don't think Bielema would be nearly as successful recruiting at LSU as Miles is and Miles is a much better face of the program.

Miles took over from Saban in one of the most advantageous recruiting programs in the nation almost a decade ago, and Bert is nearly 2-0 against him 2 years into a rebuild job. First game LSU needed a huge play in the final seconds to steal the win at home; second game wasn't even a game (17-0). Bert and Les put a similar product on the field, except Bert's product is even better despite the perceived talent differential. I respect Les, but this isn't even debatable.

I wouldn't trade Les Miles for Mike Shula.
I'd be afraid the AD would be too scared to fire him and keep my program in mediocrity forever.
