Nick Saban was still your head coach or do you believe that Les Miles is achieving the pinnacle of what LSU is capable of achieving?

By far, the dumbest post on this board within the last half hour.

This feels like a response thread.

I wished Saban would have stuck it out with the big boys. Alabama would be on another probation, these 2008 yahoo's would still be screaming WDE and LSU would have another NC, possibly another CC.

Man you suck dick at trolling.

Every program in America would trade their coach for Saban

Question really is does Saban think he's worthy of a 2nd chance at LSU?

Who'da thought this LSU troll thread would end up rustling so many gumps.

I think Alabama should be thanking LSU. Afterall, Saban was a NOBODY when he was at Michigan State. In fact LSU beat his arse in a bowl game before he became LSU's coach. So Alabama would of NEVER knew what he was capable of. He sucked in the NFL though!!! I believe most LSU fans love Les Miles even though this SEC Rant seems to make people believe otherwise!!!

You have to be kidding. Les is a great coach but Saban is a cut above anybody in CFB. I'm just thankful we don't have big game Freeze at the helm. Troll on

I don't necessarily wish Saban was still the coach at LSU, but I think he would have accomplished more than Miles has during that time span.
I think they both had similar offensive game styles - pound the ball, throw when you have to - in the past which worked really well, but Saban has changed with the times while Miles is still married to the power I. Prior to 21-0, we were pretty back-and-forth with winning, but since then, it's been all Bama.
I do like Les and what he brings to the table as a coach. I don't think he will ever be as highly regarded as Saban, but I'd like to see him achieve another natty at LSU before he retires.
