Do I sense a little fear from you? I don't understand how it is a smell of desperation when he is doing exactly what he needs to do to win football games. It's really similar to what Nick Saban let Lane Kiffin do.

I like that this is premised on the idea that letting the DC run the defense is odd.

You're joking right? Gustav seems to be as much as a control freak as Lil Nicky....

play itself out in 2015. It didn't work out with Chizik/Gus. Yeah they won a a Nattie but that was due more to leasing Cam for a semester as opposed to anything else.

This isn't similar to Saban hiring Lane. Saban is in charge of every single facet on his program. Gus is literally handing Will the keys and turning him loose.

Fear...I smell it.

Isn't winning a Nattie the object of the game?

I wish them well and all but I didn't want Boom because I think there will be serious ego and coaching philosophy conflicts. He is an emotional and controlling guy, when the high speed offense is making mistakes and his defense is coming apart because of time on the field, the wheels will come off.

I'm very glad he went to Auburn

I think Alabama fans have talked more about the hire than Auburn has. Talk about obsession

If Bama fans are truly not worried about Muschamp they would not be starting all these fcking threads

It is amazing how much the Bama fans have melted over an IB win. Keep making the threads about Auburns Gumps. Nothing but comedy.

It honestly won't be that interesting. They have 9 months to figure how to work with one another & I promise you Gus is going to be more involved in what WM is doing so that he can put the pieces together & be successful.
