Just reminding everyone who might not have looked at a box score

I could never in a million years imagine Alabama being outgained in total yardage by Rice

Unfortunately i didnt get to see a second of this game. I saw the score and wondered what was up. I really wouldnt mind watching an abbreviated version of the game. I lost money on A&M and kinda want to bet them again against SMU. But i may need to watch the Rice game first.

481 yards over 93 plays for 10 points.

That's 48.1 yards per point, 5.1 yards per play, 240.5 yards per score, 9.3 plays per point, 46.5 plays per score...and ANOTHER SHITTY GOLDENNUGGET POST.

You and you alone make me desire a game between TCU and A&M so for ONE fricking week your team flair on this forum would be correct.

They may not be great, but they shut down Rice where it matters most. Giving up 500+ yards and <20 points a game will win almost every game for aTm.

Duh.

aTm has a terrible defense and will probably lose 4 games. Again.

ETA: Next year, though. I think they'll be very good next year.

Frick A&M and I did not see the game, but if Rice ran that many plays the yardage given is not alarming. Actually allowing just 10 points is fairly solid.

A&M is already starting to slide before they play real competition like in previous years.
