West Virginia are the worst fans I have ever encountered in auburn

Just absolutely disrespectful and trashy. It's like every fan I passed on the street wanted to fight about something

Im 38 miles from WVU as I type this.

WVU by a landslide.

If you lived in WV, you would be pissed too.

Unfortunately, I have spent time in W.VA mostly the southern to middle areas.

Those people are Marshal fans and you have three or four demographic regions.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but you will find more similarities between the people of Alabama and West Virginia overall than you will any differences.

There's a reason that the movie series "Wrong Turn" was filmed in that state...

Hey I love going to Hatfield and McCoy trails.

Lots of fun. Plus some dumb redneck from WV always has to get lifeflighted out. Good times.

Vehicles of all types and ages rusting at the bottom of ravines. People have dirt all over them. Buildings falling down everywhere. About 95% of the time you are hesitant to get out of your car. Strange people standing around doing absolutely nothing for hours. Gas stations with pumps from 50 years ago, cash registers look like old typewriters. I think I've made my point. If anyone goes there do not stray far from the interstate and you will be ok.

To be fair, the scenic areas are pretty damn nice in WV (some pretty cool rafting sites)

Got stuck up in a WV mountain town for a week. The owners of the restaurants didn't want to serve us because they didn't know who we were. They're fricking weird up there.

Same could be said for any region in the world. All humans are more alike than different.

WVU isn't all bad. They are at least smart enough to hate VA Tech, unlike a large portion of this board.

SpartyGator, I agree the terrain is very nice if you like to visit mountainous areas and I do, but I still wouldn't compare it to the High Sierra or the Grand Tetons. Still attractive for many of us flat landers.

I just realized how much the shape of West Virginia looks like Afghanistan.
