So I was trying to take the tarp off of my jon boat yesterday afternoon so I could lay it down in my trailer to get a load of mulch. Forgot I had a bungee cord on the backside of it and went to unhook it when a red wasp came out and popped me on the side of my middle finger on the right hand. I haven't been stung by anything since I was a kid and dang I forgot how much those little fellas hurt.
So when is the last time you got stung by a bee, wasp, yellow jacket, etc.??

Those motherfrickers hurt like hell.
Had to kill a hornets nest this week in a front yard bush.

A few years ago on my lip. One flew into my beer and when I took a sip, it got in my mouth, and in the process of spitting it out, it stung me. Lip swole up like a balloon for a day or two.

Just got tagged by 5 wasps about a week ago. The thing I found weird was that they were all within an inch or 2 circle. Why not 1 on the arm, 1 on the leg or whatever?

i got popped by one probably about 9 months ago. The fricker was on the floor in my apartment and i stepped on it.

Got stung by hornet on my ankle a few weeks ago while I was cutting the grass. It swelled up a good bit, but I'm not as allergic as some people are so it wasn't too bad.

About 3 weeks ago I was pulling something out from under a shed, I do a lot of banging & knocking on things just In case a snake has decided to make itself at home, & a felt a burning on the back of my leg but didn't pay too much attention to it at first. After about a minute, my leg was burning like fire & I realized I had disturbed, with all my snake banging & knocking, a small red wasp nest. I hadn't been stung in probably about 15 years & that shite hurts! So now, along with banging & knocking, I carry wasp spray.

Got stung by 3 yellow jackets on July 4th. Hurt like hell but luckily I jumped in the pool before the whole nest tore my arse up.

That's why even when I quit dipping I kept a can around. I know it sounds nasty as hell, but wet some dip and put it on a wasp/bee sting and the pain is gone instantly.

Wasps are my eternal nemesis. Few things will make me jump and run the frick away faster than a wasp flying in my face.
That said, it has been at least 5+ years since I've been stung.

Years ago while a student at Auburn-
Cruising down college street from Donahue towards East University on my motorcycle, I had a yellow jacket fly up my shorts and light my arse up, literally.
I was in the left lane (no median) with car surrounding me going 45 mph, no where to go immediately. After what seemed like an eternity (probably 30 sec), I was able to pull to the shoulder and drop my pants to release this very angry yellow jacket that has been relentlessly stinging the crap out of my right check.
I was so relieved to have that beast out of my pants, that it took me 20-30 seconds to realize that I'm now standing pantsless on the shoulder of College street in rush hour traffic.
I had to lay on my stomach for hours with tobbacco on my arse, I hate yellow jackets.

I've never been stung by anything like that. A bite from a horse fly is the closest I've come. I avoid wasps, bees, etc. like a plague.

Was waiting to start a zipline in Hawaii, and right after the guide said "If you look to your right on the second line, you'll see a huge beehive," I got stung on the back of the calf. I had a discolored spot on my leg for weeks.

Got popped on the back of my neck last summer. Felt like the mob just took me out with an ice pick.

Early 90's. Don't have them here (only honeybees) but thank god because I have an unnatural fear of stinging insects.

The sting of a tarantula hawk is shockingly painful and distressing. Easily the most painful sting I have ever felt.
