One thing that Alabama and Nick Saban have proven is that the SEC needs to elevate its performance on the field. The whining and bellyaching of SEC fans, hoping that Saban goes to Texas, is lame as hell. The idea that the only way a team can win is if another loses its head coach, goes on probation, or is attacked by Al Qaeda bull shite.
