Ask for a 1/5 royalty at least. Another thing to keep in mind is long term if they discover oil is to ask for a yearly surface use fee.

Hire a good local reputable surveyor to do this please. This is not a great DIY project. If you mistakenly clear and fence some of your neighbors property it could cost you thousands of dollars to resolve. The surveyor can coordinate with the forestry mulcher to make sure these lines are accurate and legal.

If Burns and Jack Owen can stay healthy this season Auburn should have two of the best Friday/Saturday starters in the conference. I expect them to best in the upper half of the league and make another regional. Beyond that is pure luck,seeding.

He’s met my expectations for him. I’m excited to see what next season brings for his maturation in the offense. He’s had his struggles on the road against elite level teams in 2 stadiums that we’ve all seen more seasoned QB’s fail.

The two situations with Tubs&Chiz aren’t remotely close to all the bitching and moaning from a very small vocal minority wanting Gus to be fired. Tubs and Chizik’ steam quit on both of them!! You can dislike Gus or the results but his teams never quit.

Yeah Walker Jr’s dad played under Dye,Bowden in the early 90’s . He’s been on the team since ‘16. I remember he had a sack against someone late in the season and the entire bench going crazy.

I’m pretty sure 7 million a year is close to FU money. Cristobal would also be an interesting choice. If you would’ve read the whole post it was naming those candidates ahead of Bill Clark.

I’d take a run at Mike Norvell,Mike Leach,Joe Brady,Lane Kiffin,Matt Rhule or PJ Fleck. Bill Clark would in the 20’s of most Auburn fans minds as a replacement.

I love that you’ve already written next season off. We trade Oregon & Florida for Kentucky and North Carolina. You have a chance to start 6-0/5-1 again next season. The defense will be just fine next season as well. The o-line has been inconsistent at best this season. The playmakers on O will all be a season older.

So 10-2 with possible wins against Oregon(neutral site),A&M on the road,UGA,Bama at home with a freshman QB. Losses to LSU and Florida on the road. That’s a great season. Sorry to break it to some of you. It’s really hard to win against the other big 6 schools in their house. Some of you act like we lost to Arkansas and Mississippi State on the road.
