My exact thoughts. That dude is infamous for it though.

He was an ATPB regular. It's his thing.

He is your problem Bama, fluker was steered to bama by a agent (and bama alum?) who got him away from school in Pensacola to school in Baldwin County his senior year to secure his enrollment at bama and keep LSU out of it. (He is from New Orleans and moved post Katrina) Moved around a lot to be frank. Rumors of "handlers" involved all over the place, then you know the story on the bagman here another one you stole from Louisiana with "handler" rumors all over the place. Obviously, they didnt sign with the agent in question or pay back all the money he gave them so he went MAD. If you have a North Carolina situation whereas an asst coach or employee is working with an agent, you are fricked. Obviously, this would be behind Saban's back. But the fact that the agent turned all this shite over to Yahoo to me implies he thinks somebody at bama screwed him. Question is who, and is he correct.
really?????

No you are correct agents are very moral and honest people I am sure he gave all of this to Yahoo sports because it was the right thing to do.
Like most of the ATPB posters just looking for a motive here like I have done my whole life. Why did he give this shite to yahoo, why did they drop this today, week of A&M game, Bears 100 birthday?
Revenge seems most likely
Men usually do things for a reason, women different story. I know this because unlike NCAA I do have subpoena power, and lying to me is a felony. Lying to them isnt shite

Why is it Bama fans want to try and create lies for the parties involved to say, oh I didn know where it came from, uh I don't know what your talking about, I've never seen that befor, that's not my signature........ blah blah
.
Your advice is for the parties to lie about the documented proof is just...well.....typical Bama.
But the dumbest excuse i've seen so far has to be the, "oh well it was just agents giving money and the coaching staff knew nothing about it, therefore nothing will come of it, because the coaches didn't know it was going on".
SO.....Mcfly.....it's still an NCAA rules violation no matter what! Just because the coaches may not (or may have) known about it, that doesn't mean they just get off scott free. A violation still occured under NCAA guidelines, plain and simple. So that excuse that the coaches didn't know about it, is irrelevant, because it's STILL a VIOLATION under the NCAA.. Period
You can spin it flip it and down play it all you want, but the proof that Yahoo has shown should be more than enough to get the NCAA involved in investigating Bama.
With that said, it's sad that probably nothing will come about it because it's the NCAA darling Crimson Tide, and their favoritism for this program will most likely result with a slap on the wrist. Bama is in bed with the joke that is the NCAA and everyone knows this. NCAA is a farce and Bama will contnue to run the dirtiest program without action, plain and simple.

That's fine. I have no problem with the parties lying, and I'm not afraid to admit it. I respect your opinion, but who gives a frick, really?

Oh you are a real Einstein. Thank you for your wisdom.

DEAL WITH IT.

Einstein.....no.... and it doesn't take wisdom to know that if a player is paid through a booster, agent or coach that it's in violation of NCAA rules and regulations, regardless
of wether or not the head coach knew about it or not. Maybe for Bama fans it might take Einstein to figure out if they broke the rules or not, but for fans of all other SEC teams, we already know that the proof provided by yahoo soorts doesn't take a genius to figure out.
And saying that your happy for your team, (or persons associated with your team) to lie to try and get out of penalties for wrong doing, well, what can be said there, other than classless and immoral.
So some of (not all of) you Bama fans think your above the law and guidelines of the NCAA, because your the poster child for college football in the eyes of the misguided and slanted media as well as the (who can make us the most money) corruption that is the NCAA.
So Funky Tide 8, we are used to your school receiving preferential treatment and scheduling advantages for a few years now, but to act as if your school can escape from any wrong doing after the proof that yahoo sports has presented, just adds more fuel to the fire that Bama and the NCAA are in bed together.
We've been 'dealing' with the unfair treatment of Bama compared to the rest of the SEC for years now, so I hope if the NCAA has a backbone and enforces the punishments for which it should, that yall won't be able to weasel your way out of it.
So wanting your team to lie and cover up their wrong doings, just shows what kind of person you are, congrats for that.

Man EFF the NCAA, those hypocritical bastards. That's why I'm glad Manziel, the douche that he is, got away with that autograph shiite. How are you going to make millions, if not billions, on these young men, who play their heart out and practice their arse off, and not expect them to get some money on their fleeting fame. I'm a LSU fan and I love to see when Bama gets in trouble, just like Bama fans love to see LSU in trouble, but enough is enough. They get on their high horse and preach from their make believe pulpits while getting paid tons of money from video games, product endorsements and who knows what else. Time to put an end to them.
P.S. Haha Bama got caught again. lol j/k. How bad does state and Tennessee feel? They got busted and didn't winshit.
