Just talked to his mother at work, she is so immensely proud and smiling from ear to ear. She's looking forward to going to Atlanta and hopefully seeing Tre bring home the Thorpe award. Great Tiger, great man, and a great family. Thanks for the memories. Congrats Tre

JJ is garbage, plain and simple.

Just talked to Tre's mom, and she is still being tight lipped about it. I'm usually good at getting a lil info on some things, but I still have no clue about what his decision will be. I asked her about the photo and it being posted, and she said his dad did that, don't know if she re posted it or what.

She keeps telling me that she doesn't know yet, although she does it with a smile...wink wink. I keep teasing her to imagine what it will be like next year, being invited to the draft, decked out in a nice gown and being interviewed by ESPN. Got a good laugh out of her at least.... I'm trying anyway. Could be a good troll on us, who knows. She suppose to text me when she 'finds out', but I'm sure it will be posted before then. Here's to hoping that picture tells it all :cheers:

We all know Ben decided on LSU, Not because of JJ, but because of his assistant, who happens to be Ben's Godfather, who he is very close to....as most of us know.

Blakeney has played with Ben for a while, and wanted to play with him in college.

Sampson wanted to stay close to home.. Don't really know the story behind Victor tho..

So JJ didn't recruit his butt off for this class, he's NOT an all world recruiter, and he's a TERRIBLE in game coach, that has been blatantly obvious if you have watched LSU basketball during his entire tenure. No discipline, No defense, Zero offensive sets... high low, screens, pick and rolls, No movement without the ball, everyone just standing around... It's painful to watch. Anyone with eyes can see he can't coach, and he's wasting one of the most talented teams we've had in a while. CJJ is TURRIBEL

I'll see his mother tonight and get the scoop. I know he's been rehabbing and training like crazy tho, so hopefully he didn't overdo it. Find out soon.

Wildtiger93. ... wasn't trying to call you out with my post. I just happened to show her that post and she just sort of snickered, then told me what was going on with him. She didn't deny or admit him being on crutches, afterall, she is in Shreveport while he was in Baton Rouge. She probably got a kick out of it that her son was being discussed, even tho she does know about this site. So I believe you that he was prob on crutches for a bit, just wanted to give an update on his status, since this is one player I have a lil insight on.

So I wasn't trying to call you out or anything. (On phone and don't know how the hell to pull up the emoticons..so insert beer mug toast emoticon here......)

I remember following Pat Bates at a Nike golf tournament to Sunday before, with all his gator garb on his clubs and bag, and me with my LSU gear on, talking about the upcoming game. He was real cool to chat with us in between holes. He said it was gonna be ugly for us, and hell we agreed with him.

More than any team in the NFL. Watching NBCSN, can't hear cause at a restaurant. So cap gurus, how are we going to fix this? Grubbs and Evans, bye to one or both, but what moves do we make to alleviate the cap situation?

I know Loomis will work his magic, just curious what the cap aficionados on this board think.. and what this team may look like in 2015.
