If they knew about Fluker in Dec and allowed him to play in the BCS CG, then there is either nothing to it or they took a huge gamble. Giving up a title would be bad.

My sources say it is the latter. I will be getting more info as this progresses. It is a very fluid situation. I will keep the rant informed as the info comes in.

Think about it for a second, and really give an honest answer on that. Would they really play one player and ruin it for everybody else and open themselves up to major sanctions, or sit that one player and still beat Notre Dame?

BTW I have no idea if Alabama knew in December or not, all I know is that they knew about it before today. But if they did know in December, I feel better than ever about it, and I haven't been more than a little worried at all.

School had nothing to do with it.

Lawyer up, follow the A&M and Auburn game plan.

There was nothing in the article that suggested future punishment is warranted or imminent for Alabama. The repetitive half-wit euphoria coming from the auburn fanbase tonight has been amusingly pathetic. They feel its justified though because of camgate and I guess if I were to put myself in their shoes I can't really blame them. I guess when you're shite on for so long it probably feels nice to relax and take a dump.

In the end we all know deep down that there is slim to no chance of major sanctions. The mouth breathers that have infested the board tonight however, they believe deep down that Alabama is about to get the hammer. I'm the type of person that finds comedy in that. A group getting so giddy at the potential doom of a rival only to have their hopes crushed in the end.

Imagine how good it must have felt for them when the NCAA said nothing to see here, and they got to give the rest of us a collective frick you told ya. Now just be patient and know that's what's in store for Alabama

It could end up being a win/win for Alabama assuming all the timelines me and you have heard are indeed correct. We get by unscathed with the titles intact while the scumbag agents involved are exposed for the slime they are for trying to get a former teammate to illegally recruit players while they're still playing college football. There a certain satisfaction in knowing that these agents will pay a price and suffer the embarrassment and disdain from their fellow Bama alums and fans and even potential clients knowing their shady dealings are there for everyone to see with their tweets made public.

C-Rob has said he has no plans of sharing his findings or evidence with the NCAA.

I'm sure it was a great feeling, and I've already imagined it. I might need to borrow a jar from an A&M fan on that day.

He is your problem Bama, fluker was steered to bama by a agent (and bama alum?) who got him away from school in Pensacola to school in Baldwin County his senior year to secure his enrollment at bama and keep LSU out of it. (He is from New Orleans and moved post Katrina) Moved around a lot to be frank. Rumors of "handlers" involved all over the place, then you know the story on the bagman here another one you stole from Louisiana with "handler" rumors all over the place.

Obviously, they didnt sign with the agent in question or pay back all the money he gave them so he went MAD. If you have a North Carolina situation whereas an asst coach or employee is working with an agent, you are fricked. Obviously, this would be behind Saban's back. But the fact that the agent turned all this shite over to Yahoo to me implies he thinks somebody at bama screwed him. Question is who, and is he correct.

He has evidence to back it up, but since the shite that happened in the Miami case, the NCAA needs actual proof in hand, not just a story from a respected journalist.

Everyone knows that Chucky D has the goods. He wont publish the story without them because he is a straight up, credible, investigative journalist of the biblical sort, but the NCAA has to have more to make a case than his story, and he aint sharing his cookies.

Maybe I read the story wrong, but the agent didn't turn all that over. It was just another anonymous "source" with ties to the agent. As for the rest of your post, it was one of the more tin-foil worthy posts of the night
