LSU is too athletic, too fast, too physical and most importantly too deep. TCU gets beaten in a game that is not as close as the scoreboard implies.

The problem is we send Ole Miss against Texas. While Ole Miss is improving, they aren't "1st tier" yet, and they go against "1st tier" Big 12 team. You can't draw conclusions about that any more than you can Alabama playing Duke.

Same argument I used. The only thing they understood was watching their co-champs get blown out in bowl games.

LSU was also favored over Clemson by 4.5 points in the Chicken Bowl

Then I suggest you use that as your guide, along with other bowl no-shows we've had lately, and pay no attention at all to how we've performed in our "big" OOC games in the regular season the last few years.

Normal LSU game, too close at half then in the 4th the TCU defense just collpases and gives up the don't matter points.

It's cute how the corn dog thing is still fresh in Aggie land. The campus that culture forgot. Whoopie! Arbys!

Hey guy who practices yelling with male cheerleaders who clothes shop at Sherman Williams, it's been over a decade since the corndog joke about Nebraska fans was stolen by an Auburn fan and the word "Nebraska" was word-processed out.

Can't you racist, redneck bundles of sticks (yes, I have visited College Station) come up with your own shiny new insults?

Oh, and LSU by 17..

Thank you for making my point for me. Les Miles is still your coach, and until that changes, no LSU game can ever be considered to be a "lock."

Yeah miles has only won 80% of his game in the glory days of the SEC. What's he know?

are going to beat you more often than not on national television every year. The tables have turned.

Ha ha. fricking Arky owns you boys. Try getting by that before you step up to the big boys. You went 1-2 in big games last year.you had a season that Bama LSU and UF consider a failure.

Having said that, I would nevertheless enjoy an epic corn dog meldown, should the corn dogs lose.

Do gumps realize that if LSU loses and isn't a good team, Bama plays all of no one in the SEC this year?

You apparently cannot appreciate the difference between winning straight-up and winning against the spread.

My comment was referring to the latter; try to keep up.

Yeah miles only has blow out wins against miami( when they were good) , Oregon , Ohio state, west va( twice) Notre dame, and va tech and ga tech. He has routinely destroyed the spread against good teams. Look at our last few season starting games.

LSU covered in its opener over North Texas but ended up going 5-8 against the spread in 2012.

At the least, I encourage LSU fans to bet the farm if y'all are so inclined.

But betting the farm on the first game of the season against TCU seems too much like...gambling.
