re: Aggies vs. SEC

Posted by Lv2spd on 11/27/13 at 12:12 pm
I'm willing to bet that Aggie fans REALLY don't want the other newcomer to the SEC to make it to the SEC championship before they do. They get their chance to prevent it this weekend too. I'm not a fan of either, but I'm interested in this game....

re: Alabama Fans serious question?

Posted by Lv2spd on 11/15/13 at 11:31 am
About the same as always. Bama's games have become so predictable. UGA/AU should be more exciting. Evenly matched games usually are. ...
Maybe this is just a Bama 2010 type year for ya'll? I hope so, the SEC is a better place when LSU and Bama are both elite....

re: Why is Auburn called the family?

They are called the family because they didn't like being called The Cult?...

re: Comparing Mike Evans

I don't know who to compare him to, but since I am not a Texas A&M fan, I will be happy when he is playing on sundays....

re: Do the Rebels have a realistic shot?

Posted by Lv2spd on 9/26/13 at 12:44 pm
Sure, Ole Miss has a shot. This years Bama team is not great on the offensive line, and less than stellar at corner too. That's an exploitable weakness on both sides of the ball. Bama is more beatable this year than they were the last 2 years, anyway....
Better than 25%. The Bama team I have been watching on Saturdays is not the Bama team of the last 2 years....

re: AJ McCarron's chest tat is overrated

Posted by Lv2spd on 8/30/13 at 11:34 am
How did he ever come about a vato tattoo anyway? Is McCarron from East LA?
He's from west LA actually... assuming LA means Lower Alabama....

re: Got in at -19 for Bama.

Posted by Lv2spd on 8/30/13 at 10:58 am
Having not seen Bama play? No. My heart says -21 is about right, but my head keeps my hands FAR from my wallet at -21....
Interesting to me that '07 LSU ran just half a play fewer per game than '10 Oregon. Also, '09 Bama ran just one play per game fewer than '10 AU.
That IS interesting. What did time of possession look like for those comparisons? ...

re: Horned Frogs or Corn Dogs?

Posted by Lv2spd on 8/27/13 at 1:54 pm
LSU is too athletic, too fast, too physical and most importantly too deep. TCU gets beaten in a game that is not as close as the scoreboard implies....
WHERE WERE ALL THESE frickING TEACHERS WHEN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL?!?!?!?!
I think they were your classmates back then....
And I'm sure beating ND this past year is lessened NONE by the fact that they weren't really one of the top 2 teams.
You would be correct, sir....
Bama was very fortunate to get a chance to play em in the NCG Wish LSU would have been afforded the same chance in 2011
I've always felt the 2011 NC was lessened a bit because Bama basically "stole" (through no fault of their own) LSU's chance for a "victory lap" type romp ov...
Tom Ritter was officiating that day, so therefore it wasn't an INT.
During the Shula days, I thought Ritter was biased against Bama. Now it seems to me like he may give Bama the benefit of the doubt more than others. Maybe he's just a lousy ref? ...

re: SEC RBs for the next few years

Posted by Lv2spd on 7/24/13 at 12:20 pm
As all those who aren't wearing crimson blinders have pointed out he actually did pretty well vs the impervious and infallible bammer D
Damn straight he did. I was highly impressed with Gurley. It was more than a little unusual to see Bama defenders get dragged....
I prefer my QB to have an elegant, grandoise sternum tat that somehow incorporates Jesus crying blood tears.
That is absolutely key if you want him to win back to back BCS national championship games as a starter. ...
Lol who was that blob anyway?
That was Terrance Cody. He played fairly well for a fat boy....
Oddly, I didn't realize hovercrafting(sp?) was an SEC sport. But whatever. I demand the University of Alabama step up it's hovercrafting game. Excellence in all things!...

Roll Mizzou cancer research?...
