LSU has won multiple National Championships in the same year several times in baseball and track:
1991,1993,1996,1997, and 2000.
And in football and track: 2003
But the closest we have come to winning multiple national titles in "the Big Three" has been:
1986 Baseball CWS
Basketball Final Four
Football SEC Champs and Sugar Bowl app.
2000 Baseball National Champs
Track National Champs
Basketball Elite Eight
Football 8-4 Top 25 bowl team
2006 Basketball Final Four
Football #3 Final Ranking Sugar Bowl win
Baseball Regional app.
2009 Baseball National Champs
Basketball SEC Champs
Football 9-4 record and NYD bowl app.
2011 Baseball Super Regional Finalist
Track National Champions
Football SEC Champions Natl runnerup
Not too shabby.
Just for s&g, I'd say the following SEC schools have a chance at multiple natties in calendar year 2013:
