Yet another way for the conference to protect their name brand teams.

Will anyone really be shocked if Ole Miss gets smacked around with the NCAA hammer of justice in a couple of years from now? I remember thinking the same thing when Chizik came in as a 5-19 guy and suddenly they were picking up 5 stars who otherwise had no intention of ever attending Auburn.

Les certainly enjoys the word "enjoy".

Classic, coming from the most sidewalk-laden fanbase in the country.

Except its pretty clear that Bama fans don't want it moved at any cost.
Does Southern Cal not even bother with anyone below 4 stars?

How do they perennially land so many top notch players?

I love that only Bama fans even care about it staying in Bamaland.

Brazilian night club.

I questioned calls on both sides of the ball all throughout the game. Because SEC refs are consistently bad.
Way to avoid the question you passive-aggressive coward. "good win". Enjoy it prick.

Can't beat UK in Rupp? Just blame it on the refs instead of any other deficiencies that occurred in the game
And you don't question any of the calls in the last 2 minutes at all? Seriously?

Nice bail out refs. **** trips on his own feet and gets two free shots. Has UK had a trip in the last two minutes without a foul being called? Total SEC ****ry.

What if LSU hadn't gotten that safety against Auburn?!?!?!?!??!
Well LSUs fate doesn't turn out a hell of a lot different. But Auburns sure does. They are likely strapped with Chiz another year at least.
If Bama scores at the goal line against TAMU

Think about how different the trajectory for a&m is right now. No Heisman, no cotton bowl blow out. Recruiting probably isn't as electric. Just goes to show how one set of downs completely changes the entire perception of a program. If tamu loses that game, everyone is saying "they had a good year, but they are still a few players and a few years away. Instead, now they are suddenly the media's #2 in the SEC. Honestly, as an LSU fan, I sadly agree.
re: Barners, did you guys try to steal Sumlin?

Auburn can't even come close to the money A&M has in their war chest for such a move.

I'm sure this is still hangover from the bowl game, but I'm guessing (assuming nothing changes on offense, why would it) next year will be CLM's defining moment as LSU head coach for many fans and the media. Until you're dead, people tend to remember you for your worst moments.

Hell, why spend the money? There's already a statue of Les Miles on the sidelines of every game.

Notre Dame and Alabama prevail in a rare lopsided double-loss double victory!

yea but we were number 2 in the reg season since we beat a&m so they didn't really matter at all.
I'm honestly not sure how the tie breaker would work in a 3 team tie with an equal number of division and non-division losses. Might have ended up the same, but I guess that's the whole point.
