I bet 36,000 of those applications were men and women who look like men.

Does A&M still do the top 10 percent rule? I think tu does 8 percent now.

Yeah I've read a couple times where athletic success leads to a boost in applications.

Is this Spring 2013 applications? Kind of seems high for Spring admissions/applications.

If it's Fall 2012 applications, then obviously those applications were processed well before football season began.

Fall 2013 applications haven't even started yet, to my knowledge.

Straighten me out, here, aggies, I'm sure you will.

No surprise, especially for such a clean and well respected public institution.

That's way too big, IMO. College campuses should be collegiate, not industrial complexes.

Anything north of 35k is just ridiculous.

People are incredibly stupid if they apply to a school just because they are good athletically.

Be sure and keep at least 200 spots open for male cheerleaders

I hope to God that Ole Miss never reaches half the size of A&M. 8,000 freshman?. That's fricking ridiculous.

How would you ever develop a sense of place and family with 8,000 people in one class? How do you even handle Rush for that matter?

You are welcomed. You guys should have left UT's conference a long time ago, but better late than never.
