High end boutiques in Union Square have boarded up fronts to protect from looters while the hotels are at 30% occupancy. Numerous arson attempts to burn down apt. buildings while the city pays people $180k a year to scoop human feces off the sidewalks. And Chesa Boudin erfuses to prosecute any of them.
