OM lifer IMO...It truly is his dream job. The fact that he can sell recruits on that plays well for him too, I'm sure.

I def don't see him taking a different job in college...

After 4 or 5 national championships, you don't think he'll get the itch to try something new? He'll barely be 50 years old by then.

Ole Miss isnt a destination job in this age of college football.

He grew up 30 minutes away from Oxford and has come back every chance he gets.

He is from north Mississippi and was born in Oxford. He has said it's his dream job. All we have to go by but he has pretty strong connections here.

I don't know, how much is someone else going to be willing to pay for his services?

Plus, he went 6-6 this year (they looked good doing it though). How are we defining success exactly?

You don't know what you're talking about. This is a unique situation.

Against the backdrop of what he inherited he was successful and appears to be recruiting well this year. IOW, 7-6 was a successful first year. I expect OM to improve in the wins column in the future.

Born in Oxford, grew up 30 minutes from here and grew up an Ole Miss fan. He always said even when he was coaching high school that Ole Miss was his dream job.

It's really a question of what defines success. I think he's going to do well personally, but who can predict the future? Ask Manti Te'o.
