Sorry, I couldn't watch it. I didn't watch the one about AU/UAt because I knew they would make us look like backwood tards, and I figured they would do the same to Ole Miss.

Wouldn't that be Alabama in 1965? Alabama won the AP and UPI title in 1964 and the AP title in 1965.

It wasn't like that. Just stated facts about what happened. Only part that was unnecessary was our ASB President talking about someone yelling a racial slur at her.

It wasnt nearly the level of Updyke embarrassment, but there were a few parts where I mildly cringed

If it was a group of people harassing her and yelling racial slurs at her, then I can see why they would put it in there. It was one person though. Racial slurs are yelled at people every day on every campus in America.

Yeah, there's some truth to that.
It was there to serve a point. Just like the south in general, Ole Miss shouldn't be judged by the few racists still wondering around. They don't represent the south.

Just looked it up, it was 1965 and Georgia won easily, thought that was an awful Michigan team that finished 4-6.

I don't know that to be true or not, but my Ole Miss roots don't run nearly as deep as some others on here. They would be better to answer this question.

I don't think so. Only people that change the words of Hotty Toddy are kids who don't say swear words or the hardcore Christians who think saying "hell" and "damn" is sinful.
