for the first time ever.
Hard to believe that in 16 years of the SEC on CBS, that the Florida-Tennessee game is the only match-up that they have shown all 16 years.

Wow, I expect it to be a pretty good game this year.

I'll bet anything UT-UF isn't on CBS

I would definitely show Arkansas/Alabama over Tennessee/Florida. It seems silly not to.

let's see.... a combined 13 losses from 2011.... a couple mediocre teams treading water.

It shouldn't be on CBS. Alabama vs. Arkansas is a much better game. Probably the second best SEC game of the year after Alabama/LSU.

i wondered about this yesterday why CBS would show it over some of the other better games. I would hate it not being on CBS but i understand why they would pick another game.

The only games so far this season etched in stone on CBS are Georgia-Florida in Jacksonville on Oct. 27, Alabama-LSU in Baton Rouge on Nov. 3 and LSU-Arkansas in Fayetteville on Nov. 23. The Alabama-LSU game is a rematch of last season's BCS championship game, which the Tide won 21-0, and it's the lone CBS prime-time telecast this year.
At least LSU will have one SEC home game at night this year.

You should be celebrating. That means that numbskull Vern Lundquist wont be doing the game. ESPN would show it as a night game, which it ought to be. Screw CBS.
