What do you constitute as "caring?" Do I feel bad for the victim? Sure. Do I run off to help every victim out there? No.

This is a nonissue and you guys are blowing it way out of proportion.

How I feel about homeless people is irrelevant, and you probably don't want to know how I feel about them.

Am I the only one who thinks some of you guys are taking this way too seriously?

I think the guy that rubbed his sack on the guy should be charged, but I think people are def overreacting.

It's not like the guy got raped or beaten.

If you REALLY need feel the need to spend your time trying to solve societal problems, help out with problems that involve more than injured pride. Homeless shelters need volunteers, Big Brothers could probably use some mentors- Christ do something that might actually make a difference instead of feigning moral outrage here.

I haven't seen sanctimonious moral preening like this since the John Edwards campaign . Classic in it's utter vapidness....

I agree. Completely inappropriate to have on here. The guy was an idiot to do it but I don't care to see that crap.

Bingo.

I would like to add that the guy who passed out, should get some type of community service for showing irresponsibility himself.

If it was a black and white video, and you couldn't determine the color of the clothing they were wearing, ppl wouldn't care. It certainly would have never been posted on a sports forum, or allowed to stay.
I completely agree.

There is a lot of underlying butthurt involved here.

FWIW I don't think that feeling this is appropriate makes someone a pussy. we may have different definitions for that word though.

screenshot of the guys face and a description of what happened is sufficient. Didn't need to see the guys junk. Are pussy vids allowed now, as long as they have on SEC colors?

The guy that passed out, showing irresponsibility himself, is a model citizen in our society. Got it.

Oh. I see. So the drunk guy was irresponsible, so someone else is allowed to more irresponsible toward him.

An eye for a disgusting, mutilated eye. I see your wonderful logic.

Ok, that's fair.
But let's acknowledge the fact that ANYBODY who posts anything that is critical/controversial will have their motives deconstructed similarly.

For the record I personally think it is 2nd degree sexual assault, but rather than just give an opinion, I LINKED the statute in the OP. What more could i have done but offered my opinion, and then linked it with the actual statute so you could make up your own mind.

With all due respect, you seem to be asking me to agree to not post anything that can be interpreted more than one way or to not post anything that could be objected to. That's impossible.

I saw that you linked the statute, however, I don't make moral judgments based off legislation. The guy is a douchebag, but that doesn't make him a criminal worthy of a witch hunt.

You should go back and read what I said 3 pages ago, and look at how you summarized it. Yet, I'm the one that struggles at reading comprehension.

Ok, you said

quote:

Not sure what to think about this. Anybody that's dumb enough to drink so much on Bourbon and pass out, may deserve a t-bag.

I said

quote:

Brilliant.

Also, any chick who is dumb enough to drink so much and pass out at a party "deserves" to be felt up and balls stuck in her face too, right? I mean it is clearly her fault, she "deserves" it

What is your point?

I was just stating that your logic of "guy passes out therefore 'deserves' to be t-bagged" is bullshite, because the law already clearly states otherwise. If a girl is really drunk or passes out at a party you can't frick with her. Yes, people make stupid decisions but just because they are stupid doesn't mean anyone else can take advantage of them.

I also think it's the most likely that he's just passed out from drinking too much. If that's the case, he's a dumbass for putting himself in that situation.

Because that's illegal.

I think I read that in the constitution, so he should definitely be charged.

Get some.

20+ pages about a pair of Bama balls.

Could this be turned into a movie? Like a Jerry Bruckheimer vehicle with a lot of suspense and explosions.

BOURBON. BAMA. BALLS. SUMMER

there will be balls....
