I would like to add that the guy who passed out, should get some type of community service for showing irresponsibility himself.

With all due respect, you seem to be asking me to agree to not post anything that can be interpreted more than one way or to not post anything that could be objected to. That's impossible.
I saw that you linked the statute, however, I don't make moral judgments based off legislation. The guy is a douchebag, but that doesn't make him a criminal worthy of a witch hunt.

I also think it's the most likely that he's just passed out from drinking too much. If that's the case, he's a dumbass for putting himself in that situation.
