I guess since he wasnt the best back in the NCAA when he was picked he is deciding to make up for it

doesn't matter....RG3 has the Heisman wrapped up IMO. Won't even be close.

TR and AL failed on the big stage. TM failed a drug test. And no one has even payed attention to Ball this year.
