Better or worse or the same?
They just finished the best two seasons in their SEC history.

Offense should be as good or better. Defense will be the question mark again. Probably about the same, but I like that we get LSU and Bama at home.

yeah much worse
Im thinking 6-6

Same or worse
Big ? marks offensively at WR and the whole Knile Davis Situation, Wilson a big plus, only losing 1 OT and 1 OG on the OL
Defense is losing a good deal, 8 major contributors I heard...their defense will likely be shite
Don't see any reason wy they would go better than 10-2, some breaks go their way, 10-2 is possible again.

I have the Hawgs finishing second in the west next year. With LSU winning it, of course.

same or worse.
We will stomp them. They could finally break through against bama though.

About the same. The O Line, QB, and RB play will improve. WR are talented but less experienced. Defensive Line and CB's will be better, but the Safeties will be unproven. LBs will have better size, but no experience. Special Teams will be fine.
So it's a wash IMO. The good thing about next year is a much more favorable schedule. Our toughest road games will be Auburn, SC, and maybe aTm. LSU and Bama are home.

Worse. Still lose to LSU and Bama. Vandy improves and gets a win too. 9-3 at best.
ETA: Didn't know they didn't play next year.

If McGee leaves, how big of a loss is that?

We lose 4 "starters" but one of those 4 spots is a comination of two guys that each started about half the games.
We also lose 8 of our top 20 tacklers.
Bequette, Franklin and Thomas will be big losses. Jericho Nelson was splitting time with Ross Rasner and the other CB spot opposite Tevin Mitchel was a revolving door of starters so I don't think we can exactly get much worse there.
On the bright side true freshman Trey Flowers looked great at DE in Bequette place while he was out hurt. He should only continue to get better with more time in the program.
