..as much as Auburn fans hate Alabama fans? I've seen more than a few Auburn fans make this claim throughout all the offseason Cam drama. I call BS. I don't remember seeing threads quite this bad on Alabama boards.

Never heard of that site and didn't know Shane was diagnosed with cancer. That guy is pathetic, but I wouldn't ever wish cancer on anyone. I hope he can beat it.

Both sides have their retards. Ever heard of Harvey Updyke? Most of the people in that thread said their well wishes even if they did say they disliked the guy. I mean what do you expect? The guy called in every day trashing AU on the finebaum show. You should of seen some of the stuff posted by bama fans when John "Stump" Thrower died, or Mark Green. They were just as bad if not worse.
Me personally, I like to cut up and argue with bama fans, but in truth a ton of my best friends are bama fans. We leave football to football and try and separate it from real life issues.

I think it's foolish to be so emotionally invested in a sport that it causes you to hate a group of people just because they root for another team.

Wow. Looking at that site, some people take football way too seriously. All the people saying they are happy he has cancer, have obviously never had someone in their family have it.

Meh..I don't really like most of the internet Auburn fans but I have a lot of Auburn friends in real life. Even if I hated most of their guts, I wouldn't be as openly callous and heartless as the posters in that thread.
