Frazer has a ton of challenges facing him in just 4 short days - losing his starting center will shake things up even more.

I do think the kid has a cool head though - and that's what you want in a QB. Someone that can handle the pressure without showing too much emotion.

It's going to be interesting. I really hope Frazier has improved like they said because he looked bad throwing the football last year. I know he didn't have many opportunities and he wasn't put in the best spots, but it was bad.

There was one throw, I think it was in the Iron Bowl, where Lutz was about 3 yards in front of him with no one within 15 yards of him and Frazier just overshot him by about 8 feet. And that was out of the normal offense not the wildcat package he was normally brought in to run.

Fact is That MSU averaged 5.2 per carry. 350ish yards on the ground against the DL/Lb. A total of 531 yards.

It's not like your defense was tops. So concern should be there

The fact is MSU lost to AU again.

Well it takes oxygen to live and you have to be alive to type therefore you have to have oxygen to type.

When did the Big 3 from the West change?

LOL really? Will it end in a 17-15 series lead? Ouch that's dominating.

?

No, it will end with a 63-20 series lead and your football program a shambles like with Tulane, or 55 losses to LSU and your football program a shambles like Ole Miss.

quote:
Face it, you get to cherry pick recruits from your home state

Of course we do, after we've devastated the competition. It's great being a fan of a school everyone wants to go to, you should try it sometime.

Look at it like a loser, give AU the built in advantages...

Alabama didn't seem to have any problems, what's wrong with Auburn?

Besides, LSU wasn't handed those advantages, they worked for them by beating the competition - just like Alabama did.

Auburn - the Tulane of Alabama.

Way to completely, 100% miss the entire point of my post. Congratulations.

It didn't take much for that to come. You shouldn't let other people manipulate you so easily.

Yea man you got me.

douche
quote:

Seriously, you need to get off mommies computer.

Why don't you go over TideFans and argue stupid shite on their rivals boards I'm sure brbammer and few of those tards will gladly welcome your tired arguments.

Go frick yourself. What the hell are you even talking about anyway??? Your riding me because I used the phrase UAT??? People call other teams names all the time on this damn forum. UAT isn't even that bad.
quote:

You are an idiot. We had one bad run in the 90's, before that we were a consistently good program. The notion that LSU just started playing good football is idiotic.

You weren't just bad in the 90's, you were one of the worst programs ever put out by the SEC.
quote:

You're obviously not good at reading comprehension either. Read it again it may get through a second time.

I understood you fine. Basically you are saying it's ok to call names as long as it is an insult directed to an AU fan.
quote:

So if one jackass tosses racial slang its ok to be a jackass or in this case - if one inbreeder tosses crap around its ok to be an inbreeder

I'm sorry I didn't know UAT was racist.
quote:

Well, first of all, there's no way to know.

Secondly, in the early days of the conference, LSU split the state with Tulane. And before you crack yourself up, Tulane had 3 SEC titles before Auburn won their first. Tulane has also played in the Rose Bowl and had the largest home stadium in the conference.

Thirdly, you say LSU has no rivals. Maybe not NOW. But at first it was Tulane. Then it was Ole Miss (and before you lulz, Ole Miss had the best win% in the COUNTRY for the period 1950-1970). But do you notice a trend with LSU's rivals?

Trust me, NO ONE wants to be LSU's rival, it doesn't end well for them.

LOL really? Will it end in a 17-15 series lead? Ouch that's dominating.

Face it, you get to cherry pick recruits from your home state, you have an entire state's support, you have no rival, it is actually amazing that your program hasn't been historically better than it has.

Look at it like this, give AU the built in advantages LSU has and see where we would be. I mean we are basically even now.

UAT

MattP598
GTFO with that ITAT crap.

Uhh no.

Barn, boog, whatever is completely fine but not UAT?
quote:

I wonder what those stats would look like of there was no UAT?

Way better for LSU.

Auburn and LSU have played Alabama about the same number of games with Auburn's win% vs the Tide much better than LSU's. If you took records vs Bama out of the mix, LSU's win% would jump higher than AU's.

LOL really? You don't think we would have been a better program if we were the state school? You do realize that we are in a state where about 70% of the population supports the state school of UAT. We split recruits with them, money, fans, support and we are STILL on par with your school. Meanwhile you battle the likes of Tulane, La. Monroe, La. Tech, and don't even have a freaking rival.
quote:

Yet we still got in. You go undefeated in '04 and can't get in. LSU is considered with more respect by the national public than Auburn. A fact is a fact.

Or it COULD of just been the fact that there were 3 undefeated BCS schools with a shitty system that only allows 2 to play. How many other undefeated, oops excuse me LSU wasn't undefeated so other isn't the right word, how many undefeated BCS teams were there in the two years LSU "won" the BCS championship. I mean I know you split one with USC. But of course they weren't undefeated either.
quote:

Head to head: LSU 18-13-1 vs Auburn.
SEC titles: LSU 7, Auburn 5
Total wins: LSU 610, Auburn 601
Win %: LSU 62.5, Auburn 61.9
SEC win%: LSU 53.5, Auburn 50.9
Bowl games: LSU 31, Auburn 26
Bowl wins: LSU 15, Auburn 14

Wow those are major differences right there.

Now....I wonder what those stats would look like if there was no UAT?

Oh and you left off undefeated seasons for some reason. You know the thing that actually judges how good of a season you had.
quote:

Really??...nice response ....just in the last week or two AU has had major issues: your 5* recruit Dee Liner was booted off his h.s. school team but still has his AU offer...gotta keep those rankings puffed up right?....Benton finally got booted....Robinson can't qualify because of academic fraud, and earlier in the summer Zeke Pike, who everyone except your brilliant staff knew was a headcase, flamed out....am I missing anyone???...so much has happened recently I can't keep them straight....those are just the ones in the last couple of weeks....I won't go in to some of the other "issues" that have been discussed ad naeuseum

AU under Chizik has made some really questionable recruiting decisons to put it kindly....but stay ALL-In bro with the rest of the family over on Auburn Eagle.....keep your head buried in the sand friggin' idiot

You really think Saban would turn down Liner right now if he wanted to decommit from us and go to turdtown? Hell he would pull a scholly from an existing commitment to do it.

The difference is Chizik actually punishes our players. When Upshaw is slapping ho's around Saban doesn't mind so much.

Does the name Josh Chapman ring a bell by chance?
quote:

Auburn doesn't even get respect nationally. You go undefeated in the SEC and you don't make the title game. That is sad.

Which time? Because we have been undefeated twice in the last 8 years. Wait, we got in two years ago, and won, so you must be talking about 2004. I love having to figure out which undefeated season you are talking about. Because I have seen multiple in my lifetime. Maybe one day you will actually get to know you were the best team in all of college football instead of thinking maybe you were with your one or two loss season.
quote:

You went undefeated and won with Cam Newton in 2010..and think you can now sit at the big boys table?

The big boys table? We have been undefeated twice in the last 8 years. We are a top 15 program nationally. LSU is just a smidge ahead of AU in all time wins all while we are sharing the state with one of the better programs in college football :yack: and you have been battling in state with Tulane and La. Tech.
quote:

Why would you think that? It hasn't been easy the last 54 years.

Since 2004 we have gotten to the NCG 3 times, won it twice and have gotten close every season except 200

Let's see one of those you won with 1 loss, hell one of them you backdoored your way in with 2 losses. Last year I wouldn't even consider yourself in that championship game. Did y'all ever show up?

To sum up, zero of those years you went undefeated. So tell me how you are going to easily do it again this year please.
quote:

You can't be this stupid.

Over the past 20 years Auburn has been way more consistent than Arkansas. And had way more accomplishments.

Let's look at LSU's accomplishments compared to AU shall we?

You've had 2 NC's. (One in 07 where you got lucky and backed into the championship game with 2 losses to UK and Arky).

3 SEC championships.

4 West titles.

6 Losing seasons in the 90's.

No undefeated seasons.

Auburn has...

3 Undefeated seasons (2 of which they were snubbed from the NC)

2 SEC titles (2 other appearances but lost).

4 West titles

Only 4 losing seasons in 20 years.

LSU fans have no room to put down Auburn, as the two programs are about equal since split divisions, and Auburn has been more consistent over that time period.
