Well, that is the way it should be... Some folks felt you should be ineligible regardless of which school you go to... Seems like there was a big time story about that...

Normally yes... There are exceptions, but 9 times out of 10... Also depends on the number, 4 together is always harder than 2.

Since UF has 3 UPI trophies (Crystal Footballs), one would assume that the original question was about BCS.

Now if you are talking UPI titles since 1986, then it is
UF (3)
LSU (2)
UAT (2)

Now if we want to get exact answer it would technically be NO-ONE since, it is a Crystal Football.
The Coaches’ Trophy and the image of the Crystal Football are trademarks of the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA). The AFCA is the copyright owner of the Coaches' Trophy.

But there is a difference from a picture and a signature... there is a difference from an article an dinner with someone... there is a difference between a picture and giving your memorbablia away (signed)...

Fan day - auburn compliance department

THE WORDS BELOW ARE FROM THE ARTICLE:
Rumors that T-Town Menswear owner Tom Al-Betar switched allegiance from the Tide to the Tigers after being disassociated by the University of Alabama Athletics Department are totally false. But as can be seen in this letter distributed Sunday at Auburn’s Fan Day, Auburn’s compliance department wasn’t taking any chances.
