Predictions on SEC next year, specifically the SECW

The East will suck again, so what's your prediction on the West?
1. LSU
2. Bama
3. MSU
4. Arkansas
5. AU
6. Ole Miss
I think LSU will be loaded, and if Methburger can steady the QB position, they will be scary. However, JJ looked pretty damn good in the bowl game.
Bama has to replace the QB and Ingram, but Richardson is a freak. I wouldn't bitch if they were 1 and LSU was 2.
MSU has a nice team, and Mullen did a great job. They look like a program on the rise, but recruiting is not going as well as expected to keep them ascending to the top.
Arkansas loses Cheech Mallet. The backup looked good, and the RB looks like a good one. However, I think they could be interchangeable with MSU at 3.
AU lost Cam, Fairley, and a lot of seniors. They will probably be starting a true freshman QB, and that's a tough task in the SEC.
Ole Miss... 3 words, Houston Dale Nutt.
I think the East is SC's to lose again, with UGA being up there. UF has tons of talent but a new staff, UT is still rebuilding, UK lost their best player, and Vandy is Vandy.

State goes 11-1. LSU will be that 1 loss. They win out in east and non-conference.

Probably not, actually.

If I'm really gonna try to be objective, I'd say switch us and arkansas, but I'm gonna hope for better than fourth. Returning 17 outta 22 after winning 9 is good for fourth in the west the next year. If you are reading this and you are a fan of another conference, you gotta admit, you wish you were in the west. Ok, maybe you don't. I don't know what I'm saying. It's 2:35.

this is a great analysis. lsu is gonna do great things next year since crowton is gone. it's lsu or bama at the top, ark and state at 3 and 4, and auburn and ole miss at 5 and 6. not a doubt in my mind.

The top 5 teams could be swapped around some. I see no hope for OM getting out of the cellar however.

SEC - East
Irrelevant, the winner of the division will still likely be only the 4th or 5th best team in the conference. South Carolina might as well win it again.
SEC - West
1. Alabama
2. LSU
3. Auburn
4. Mississippi State
5. Arkansas
6. Ole Miss
The top 5 will be pretty close together. Ole Miss will be a very distant 6th with their only win(s) probably being against East teams.
