Look what I found.
Here is my take on a dish that goes back to times when no piece of the animal was wasted. This is without a doubt the best tasting dish I have made in a long time. Huge comfort food points with this one.

One thing I appreciate about Sam's (and Costco too I assume) is that they always have a large display of multi pack ribs out in the meat dept. If I want to cook them, I always know Sam's will have them for me to use....

Remove from package. Season with salt, black pepper. Dredge in seasoned flour, Fry medium high heat in skillet with 1/16 to 1/8 inch oil. Turn when first side browns, turn over and cook other side.
