Kiffin says he could have won SEC with Vols

He should have won the Superbowl with the Raiders.

My thought is that even after being in the SEC for a year, he still doesn't understand how far in over his head he was in the SEC at Tennessee.

If he had stayed within the rules recruiting wise, I have no doubt we would’ve won the SEC within five years.
