I worked at 3M in one of the plants they make filters.... let's just say the filter business is booming and really boomed during covid when people were home more.

Go to Xul for a beer (they won gold for best hazy IPA at the world beer cup) and they will have Abridged burger company food truck in the parking lot on Friday and Saturday - one of the best smash burgers you can get anywhere.

Tennessee's offense is the real deal. Hooker is a great college quarterback.
Our secondary is atrocious and our special teams could lose us a game this year (blocked punt, muffed punt, and an onside recovered against us so far).

I have a cheap reddington classic trout 3 wt 4 piece for brookie hunting. Works fine.
I will say fishing really small water and for the little brookies I've considered going to something more like a 0 or 1 wt... the Sage Dart intrigues me.

Have a family member that works for a large building supply facility - in northeast Tennessee they're telling people $125 a foot strictly for materials.

Mostly depends what you're trying to do.
Labor is an issue for sure. Certain materials are impossible to get. Prices are inflated for some items but have come down for others.
Get multiple bids, don't pick the cheapest, ask hard questions.. if they aren't able to give you a detailed plan with timing and cost then it will likely be a headache the whole project. Some material delays will be out of the contractors control but they should be open about those upfront.
