Was randomly thinking about how awkward it must be for GaTech to have their super bowl against a team that doesn't consider them their top rival. Here are some others in the SEC per Artificial Intelligence.
Georgia Tech - Georgia
- Georgia's - Florida
Texas A&M - Texas & LSU
- Texas' - Oklahoma
- LSU's - Ole Miss & Alabama
Oklahoma State - Oklahoma
- Oklahoma's - Texas
LSU - Ole Miss & Alabama
- Alabama's - Auburn
- Ole Miss' - Mississippi State

You might catch one or two fish with this.

UGA is definitely #1 for us right now. Considering FSU is even worse than us right now.

It's easy to figure this out. Just look for classic "little brother" schools.
- Georgia Tech (Georgia's biggest rival is Florida or Auburn)
- Mississippi State (Ole Miss's biggest rival is LSU)
- LSU (Alabama's biggest rival is Auburn)
- Texas A&M (Texas's biggest rival is Oklahoma)
- Tennessee (Alabama's biggest rival is Auburn)
- Michigan State (Michigan's biggest rival is Ohio State)
- Oregon State (Oregon's biggest rival is Washington)
- UCLA (SC's biggest rival is Notre Dame)
- Miami (Florida State's biggest rival is Florida)
- Oklahoma State (Oklahoma's biggest rival is Texas)
- Vanderbilt (Tennessee's biggest rival is Alabama)
- Washington State (Washington's biggest rival is Oregon)

Every school has an in state rival and an out of state rival. You cant really equate the two because they mean different things. In state rivals are little brothers like what Auburn is to bama and the Aggies to Texas. Out of state rivalries tend to be border states that have much more equal programs. Thats what Tennessee is to Bama and Oklahoma is to Texas.

Arkansas seems to consider Texas or LSU their main rival, but it seems like they are tertiary for Texas and not really rivals at all for LSU. Which makes it all the stranger to me that Arkansas fans make such a point to resist the Mizzou game. Seems like they could use a good rivalry game or two.
Vanderbilt considers Tennessee its primary rival (if they really have a rival at all), but it would be tough to find a Tennessee fan that views Vanderbilt any higher than third of fourth on their rivalry pecking order.
LSU fans won't admit they have rivals. But it seems like they really dislike Bama and just don't want to deal with the fact that Bama fans will always focus on Tennessee and Auburn more than LSU. This Board is always at its peak when both Bama and LSU are in the hunt for a championship.
Miami seems like the odd one out of the Florida-Florida State-Miami rivalry triangle.
Kansas State definitely views kansas as its primary rival, but the jayhawks will always have Mizzou as their primary rival.

LSU fans want Bama to acknowledge them as a rival more than anything

I'm talking about the totality of football. You are talking about the last 6 months. Completely different things

One time when TA and I lived near each other in Nola we were walking from Fat Harry's to Tips and it was windy. A branch big enough to crush a car (which it did) fell as we were walking under it. Crushed the car, the front yard fence, and lines were everywhere. Closest I'll ever come to death without death.

You're talking about a 15 year window not the totality of football. If totality, it's Ole Miss by a mile.

This is going to be a long off-season here, unless some other SEC teams can become relevant outside the Ole Miss/LSU hate fest.
Come on Georgia, get some players arrested or maybe Aggies can do something gay for us?

LSU fans on TD the other day were talking about how they killed Bear Bryant in 1982.
Ole Miss has always sought LSU's attention
LSU has always sought Bama's attention

I have known/conversed with many OM/LSU players from the 50s and on in my life. You're wrong but it's okay.
